CURITI
A Colombian town steeped in tradition and craftsmanship, where a large part of its economy is supported by the production of the fique plant. This rug, therefore, is a tribute to those who, through their effort and work, make it possible to create these handcrafted works.

During our tour of the department of Santander, we arrived at Curití, whose name comes from the words "cuita" and "quiti," which in the Chibcha dictionary mean "loom" and "place of looms." The economy of this region is based primarily on the production of the fique plant.

Curití is the essence of versatility woven into a fabric. Its simple, classic pattern provides the perfect canvas for exploring endless combinations of colors and textures. Each rug is unique, adaptable to different styles and spaces, always with the timeless elegance that distinguishes Fibrica's craftsmanship.
