MÉDUSE
MÉDUSE
From the depths of the sea emerges a whisper of light. An ethereal, free, almost unreal creature. Just as the jellyfish dances silently among invisible currents, MÉDUSE floats in space, suspended between the tangible and the dreamlike.
Every woven strand, every organic curve, seems to move to the rhythm of an inner ocean.
It is not a lamp. It is water and air, a being that shines on its own, like those jellyfish that illuminate the depths with their very essence.

With MÉDUSE, we did not just create a lamp: we attempted the impossible—capturing the movement of nature and bringing it into the heart of architecture. This piece, entirely handwoven in our workshop, is the result of a complex and meticulous execution, where every fiber was designed to mimic the silent dance of the jellyfish inhabiting our Colombian seas.
MÉDUSE is a living sculpture, blending design, craftsmanship, and emotion—a tribute to the sea transformed into an object

The hanging tentacles, evoking the fluid movement of a jellyfish underwater, are adorned with translucent Czech beads, chosen for their ability to capture and refract light with subtle elegance. Each bead is hand-strung, one by one, adding rhythm and transparency to the piece.
The body is woven with braided nylon cord, providing structure and visual softness, combined with copper thread—a noble material that adds shine, character, and a subtle connection to the energy of light flowing through it.
This interplay of textures, reflections, and materials creates a lamp that not only illuminates but transforms the space. A living sculpture, woven with soul, honoring the sea, the material, and the gesture of the human hand.
